Kanthi has undertaken various training programmes including Neuroscience coaching with Neuroleadership Institute (NLI) in association with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Gestalt approaches including working with Jim Ewing, Leadership change with Senn Delaney, Scenario planning and Strategic decision making under uncertainty with Decision Strategies International (DSI).

Sarah Mackintosh

Her role was to identify gaps in provision and to design projects focusing on inclusion & regeneration, writing bids, implementation and evaluating the quality & impact of services.
She worked collaboratively with stakeholders (Private sector sponsors, European Social Fund, Local Authority, Department of Works & Pensions, Skills Funding Agency and Department of Health) at a local, regional, national & international level disseminating information, best practice and lessons learned.
She was invited to sit for 2 years on the East Sussex Council Regeneration funding Panel assessing applications for funding.
Sarah’s approach is transformational. She works with others to support them to believe in their abilities and focus on moving forward towards their aspirations as an individual or as a team.
Sarah has been running a Transformational Personal Development business since 2016.
Client experience includes working with individuals at all levels within organisations within Government, Education, Health, Charitable and Private sectors.
Sarah has International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC credentials (is currently working towards her Mastery in Coaching), a Human Resource Diploma and is a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
